What is your return policy?
Sorry NO REFUNDS. Exchanges gladly given within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition. Please note that items that have been sized or altered are NOT eligible for return. All custom or special orders are not covered by this policy, all sales are final.

We offer free cleaning and inspections on all jewelry purchased at John's Jewelers.

What if my ring does not fit?
We can size most rings to any ring size! Or we can always order the right size for you.

How do I know what my ring size is?
Stop by our store and we will size your finger for free.

Can I get expedited shipping?
Sorry, we only offer standard shipping which takes 3-5 business days.
